Course info
The aim of this course is to establish better working relationships with difficult peers, supervisors, or subordinates. To show the problems that occur at work through inconsiderate behaviour, attitude, lack of trust, over use of power, poor/lack of communication, lack of responsibility, lack of respect and courtesy. To judge if it is useful to try and resolve these challenging behaviours and provide strategies for their resolution.

No special equipment required. We can deliver courses at your premises, our premises at Enterprise House, Nottingham or any other suitable location. If we deliver at your premises - we will only require an appropriate room - as we will provide training equipment such as projector, screen, easels, whiteboards etc.
