Course info
This course explores and develops both creative and practical skills in order to enable students to successfully carry out 3D design. It provides training in the use of technology related to 3D design, while exploring ideas across a range of specialist subjects. Students are encouraged to develop individual creative solutions together with practical knowledge and skills. The course comprises four specialist pathways: Interior/Spatial Design; Product Design; Model Making; Design Craft. On completion students can progress to further education or to employment in a a wide variety of specialist areas.

Assessment method
Assessment is continuous and students regularly receive feedback on grades and progress. Work is displayed at an endof year exhibition.

Entry Requirements
Applicants should possess one of the following: At least 80 UCAS points; AVCE/National Diploma in an art or design related subject; Pre-degree Foundation in Art and Design. Applications from mature students are welcome. All applicants are invited to attend an interview.
