Course info
An introduction to employment law for first time employers and HR managers. Course will cover concepts of contracts, discrimination, unfair dismissal and tribunal procedures. Content will be based on current legislation and case law, plus practical examples of the law in practice. Learning outcomes will include knowing the basic legal compliance an employer needs. On the day assessment will lead to a certificate
