Course info
This course is ideal for those who wish to gain employment in the motor vehicle industry. It provides essential knowledge for vehicle fitters working on a wide range of vehicles in all types of garages, dealerships and fast fit businesses. They will develop their practical skills in repairs and servicing. They are also given the opportunity to develop their communication skills. They have the opportunity to study both the theory and practical aspects of some of the following: inspecting, repairing and replacing, carrying out light vehicle front wheel alignment, assessing and securing a roadside situation, identifying and agreeing customer vehicle needs. On completion of this course, students will progress to IMI Level 3.
