This course will help participants through this minefield and ensure they feel suitably prepared to conduct interviews competently. Sessions will include how to identify what they need to prepare before an interview; how to set people at ease and build rapport; how to obtain the information needed; understanding Diversity and Equal opportunities implications; how to stay focused and on time.
