This course is intended for anyone who wishes to fully understand the complexity of human communications and how to make them more effective. Packed with fun activities which actively demonstrate effective communication, this full day helps participants to understand how one's communications can become distorted, confused and ambiguous. Aimed with this knowledge, it is only a short step to gaining the skills necessary to not only interpret how their messages are being received, but also explores how to be a more effective communicator. Sessions will include listening; interpretation; body language; barriers to effective communication.
