This course is packed with loads of practical ideas and is intended for anyone who may work with dementia sufferers either on a one to one basis or in a residential care home. Sessions will include understanding what dementia is; inside the world of a dementia sufferer; listening skills; feelings, thoughts and behaviours; practical support.
