This course is intended for anyone who feels they would benefit from feeling more confident in a work, social or family situation. Sessions will include sources of confidence; barriers to confidence building; attitudes and practices; life skills.

How much will it cost?
Up to fifteen people: Cost for three hours (Morning or afternoon): £180; Cost for all day: £350; Between fifteen and twenty five people: Cost for three hours (Morning or afternoon): £220; Cost for all day: £430; Between twenty five and thirty people: Cost for three hours (Morning or afternoon): £260; Cost for all day: £500; Course costs are subject to VAT and travel expenses
