This course is intended to help anyone who would benefit from understanding the value of assertiveness over aggression, and those who would gain confidence by being able to present more structured/less emotional arguments. Packed with suggestions, tips and advice, this course not only explores the elements of assertiveness but also gives presentations the opportunity to put their learning into practice. Sessions will include what assertiveness is; how assertive is much more effective than aggressive; the broken record technique; fogging.
